AMSTERDAM, October 1, 2025 — Spencer Stuart today announced that Lemke van Slijpe has joined the firm as a consultant in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practice in the Netherlands.

Van Slijpe brings over 20 years of consulting and industry experience to the role, with his most recent position being director at EY, Amsterdam, where he was responsible for business development across the Europe West region. At EY, he also served as TMT sector leader in the Netherlands and acted as client partner for global telecom and technology clients. Van Slijpe’s extensive senior-level experience also includes time in sales, revenue growth, post-deal support, strategic alliances and ecosystems, and data and analytics across telecom, technology and software companies. He brings a relationship-first approach to his work, prioritizing the development of sustainable, trust-based client connections, and at Spencer Stuart, he will work with clients to guide strategic, data-informed leadership decisions at the individual, team and organization levels.
