Spencer Stuart welcomes Deepak Veeraraghavan to the firm’s Healthcare Practice

Bangalore, October 1, 2026 — Spencer Stuart welcomed Deepak Veeraraghavan today, where he’ll join the Healthcare Practice, bringing nearly two decades of consulting and advisory experience as a seasoned strategy leader. Veeraraghavan has spent over a decade focused on life sciences and biopharma in particular and is well known as a senior thought partner to global pharmaceutical executive teams, R&D leaders and commercial executives across global markets.

Veeraraghavan joins the firm from Blue Matter Consulting in London, where he was a partner leading portfolio strategy and decision sciences capability, advising leadership teams in Europe and the U.S. on complex asset development, pipeline prioritization and sequencing strategies across key therapeutic areas, including oncology, immunology and neuroscience.
