Spencer Stuart welcomes Alison Lemay to its Healthcare Practice

BOSTON, February 2, 2026 — Spencer Stuart today announced that Alison Lemay has joined its Boston Healthcare Practice, bringing many years of distinctive firsthand experience in hospital operations, patient experience and system-level transformation to the search process.

An accomplished healthcare executive with expertise in strategic operations, performance improvement, enterprise communication and system-level transformation, Lemay brings an impressive roster of experience including her most recent role at Mass General Brigham, where she was a senior advisor to the COO and executive leadership team. In a prior role at UMass Memorial Medical Center, she led the design and rollout of an enterprise governance framework and a system-wide crisis communication strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic.
