Elmar Dietl joins Spencer Stuart’s Singapore office as seasoned technology consultant

SINGAPORE, September 1, 2025 — Spencer Stuart is excited to announce that Elmar Dietl has joined the firm’s Singapore office as a Consultant in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practice. He brings over 20 years of technology and consulting experience, holding senior positions at prominent organizations including Accenture and Microsoft, where he most recently served as Senior Director, leading retail industry sales across Asia and overseeing a billion-dollar business.

Known for his strength in leading major partnership deals and helping transform clients’ businesses, Dietl has a proven track record of engaging with top-tier clients and leading significant strategic partnership formations that deliver impactful results. His accolades have included the Most Transformative Deals award, which recognizes the top ten strategic partnerships globally, and the coveted Gold Club Top 2% Achievers award — both while at Microsoft. He earned his Executive MBA from the National University of Singapore, graduating at the top of his class.
