Daniela Chikova joins the Firm’s Financial Services Practice

VIENNA, January 5, 2026 — Daniela Chikova has joined Spencer Stuart’s Financial Services Practice in the firm’s Vienna office. Known as a strategic visionary in retail banking and payment ecosystems, Chikova has spent her career helping drive growth and shape the future of retail banking organizations and digital payment projects.

Chikova comes to Spencer Stuart with 25 years of experience in management consulting at the global firm Kearney, where she handled primarily large-scale post-merger integration and transformation projects as well as topline growth strategies in retail banking and payments. She also led Retail Banking Radar, a thought leadership keystone for Kearney, for 17 years. Chikova has published over 50 thought leadership articles and has been quoted many times in daily and specialized financial services media.
