Philadelphia, April 6, 2026 — Spencer Stuart today announced that Alyse Bodine has joined its Philadelphia office as part of the Financial Officer Practice. She brings over 20 years of experience leading searches for corporate CFOs, senior finance executives and board directors across Fortune 500, public and private, and private equity‑ and venture‑backed organizations, placing top‑tier financial leaders who strengthen performance and culture. She is also a frequent speaker and panelist, addressing topics ranging from board effectiveness, talent and team performance to the evolving role of the CFO.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and is actively involved in the Philadelphia community. She currently serves on the board of directors of the Highmark Mann Center for the Performing Arts.
