He is a core member of the Healthcare and Private Equity practices in London, specializing in executive and board search and working closely with Spencer Stuart’s Leadership Advisory Services team. Zac delivers C-suite and board-level search, organizational design and pre- and post-deal advisory work across critical sub-sectors in the Healthcare ecosystem, including contract research organizations (CROs), drug delivery, contract development & manufacturing (CDMO), commercialization platforms and specialty pharmaceuticals.
Known among clients for his pace, rigor, market knowledge and systematic approach, Zac consistently helps investors complete acquisitions, integrate new platforms, reshape senior leadership teams and drive value creation. - He has completed organizational design work in pharma and has offered pre-deal support to private equity investors on a number of healthcare assets, spanning medical devices, multi-site healthcare services, generics and specialty pharmaceuticals, consumer health and tech-enabled services.
- Zac began his career as an educator in the UK, France and Japan, developing a core passion for human growth and organizational development that continues to inform his consultative approach.
Zac earned a First-Class B.A. (Hons) in English literature and education studies from Durham University.
