- At Spencer Stuart, Yèmi has worked on over 300 executive search assignments across a wide range of sectors. In Financial Services, he brings wealth of experience in asset management and more specifically focuses on recruitment of professionals in private markets. Passionate about technology, he also brings unique expertise recruiting senior technology, product and AI leaders in various industries.
- Prior to joining the executive search industry, Yèmi successfully co-founded a start-up in mobile applications, in parallel of his studies, for which he won several entrepreneurship awards in Canada. He also spent time working at University of Montreal as an academic researcher focused on behavioral finance.
Originally from France, Yèmi brings a global perspective, connecting talent across regions and continents. He holds an M.Sc. in finance and a Bachelor of Finance, both from HEC Montreal.
