Yaroslav Glazunov is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Board and CEO practices, advising on CEO succession and leadership development. He is known for his CEO advisory work and thought leadership with a focus on enhancing CEO efficiency and performance. Yaroslav also leads the firm’s Moscow office.

His many years in the CEO practice and research around leadership and individual performance are reflected in articles in Harvard Business Review and Forbes, as well as in his speeches at universities and business schools, strategy sessions of major companies, as well as business and economic forums.

For eight years Yaroslav was a member of YPO, the premier leadership organization for CEOs globally. He is also on the board of trustees of Woman Who Matters, an award and forum that recognizes the importance of women in leadership and their impact on the economy. He received a master's degree in management from Plekhanov University. He also completed a leadership program at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France, and an executive program at Singularity University in Silicon Valley, California. Yaroslav speaks Russian and English.
