Veena Marr is based in the London office and co-leads our Digital & Technology Officer Practice across EMEA.
An expert in digital value creation, product, platforms, customer centricity and consumer tech, she works closely with industry-leading clients, across sectors, to help them build strong leadership benches at board and executive leadership level, and drive value and growth through technology and data.
An experienced and strategy-focused business partner
- Veena joined Spencer Stuart from a global executive recruiting firm, where she was a member of the global technology and customer activation and growth practices. In this role, she worked with clients across sectors to hire, assess and support technology and digital executives and advisers. She also established and co-led the DEI practice within technology and within the London office.
- She is passionate about developing our own teams and has also been a frequent speaker and thought leader on a range of topics, including equity and inclusion, digital transformation, the impact of AI, neuro diversity and culture.
- Veena occupied several senior legal roles at eBay over a 10-year period, rising to become leader of the global intellectual property team across the group, where she proactively identified business opportunities and efficiencies through a legal lens. She began her career as a commercial solicitor for Osborne Clarke.
Veena earned her LLB First Class Hons from Brunel University and completed her Legal Practice Course with distinction at College of Law, London.
