Veena Marr is a member of Spencer Stuart’s UK Board & CEO Practice and a leadership advisor to companies in the consumer tech sector. Based in the London office, she also leads the firm’s Digital & Technology Officer Practice across EMEA.
An expert in digital value creation, product, platforms and customer centricity she works closely with industry-leading clients across multiple sectors to help them build and develop strong leadership benches at board and executive leadership level and drive growth through technology and data.

- Immersed in the tech ecosystem, Veena is committed to improving opportunities for underrepresented groups. She is a thought leader and frequent speaker on a range of topics, including leadership in the era of digital acceleration and AI, equity and inclusion, neurodiversity and culture.
- Veena joined Spencer Stuart from a global executive recruiting firm, where she was a member of the global technology and customer activation and growth practices. In this role, she worked with clients across sectors to hire, assess and support technology and digital executives and advisers.
- Veena occupied several senior legal roles at eBay over a 10-year period, rising to become leader of the global intellectual property team across the group, where she proactively identified business opportunities and efficiencies. She began her career as a commercial solicitor for Osborne Clarke.
Veena earned her LLB First Class Hons from Brunel University and completed her Legal Practice Course with distinction at College of Law, London.
