- Valeria has successfully led corporate finance transactions across jurisdictions and industries, with deal values ranging from several hundred million to multi-billion dollars. She has managed acquisitions, structured financing solutions and driven strategic initiatives, including the launch of new products and education programs for senior executives.
- Her expertise spans the full spectrum of corporate finance (M&A, equity and debt financing, corporate restructuring, credit ratings), as well as private equity, capital markets, exchanges, investor relations and product and strategy development—complemented by strong skills in coordinating diverse parties, including senior management, shareholders, investors, advisors and regulators.
- Valeria has built, lead and managed teams within formal reporting lines and across projects and has developed and expanded client and stakeholder relationships.
- At SIX, Valeria headed the SIX Swiss Exchange Primary Markets team and served as a member of the executive board of SIX Swiss Exchange. Prior to that, she was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley for more than a decade and an investment director in the private equity industry.
Valeria holds a master’s degree in management engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
