- During his tenure at Spencer Stuart, Tim has worked on hundreds of executive search and board assignments for clients including members of the Fortune 500, private equity firms, PE-backed portfolio companies, start-ups and non-profit organizations.
- Tim’s work spans chief AI officers, chief data officers, chief data scientists, chief technology officers and chief information officers. He has also placed numerous AI operating partners in private equity, CEOs for AI product and services organizations, and non-executive directors with AI expertise.
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Tim worked as an admissions counselor at Middlebury College, where he was responsible for recruiting candidates and evaluating admissions applications.
Tim graduated from Middlebury College, where he earned a B.A. in neuroscience with minors in Spanish and education studies. He was a recipient of Spencer Stuart’s prestigious Lou Rieger Award in 2026.
