- Possessing an entrepreneurial spirit, deep understanding of the healthcare industry and robust business acumen, Thalia adds considerable value to her clientele. An inclusive leader, she has held leadership roles at Novartis and Sandoz, working internationally across Europe, U.S., Middle East, and Asia Pacific from Switzerland, Germany and Australia.
- Prior joining the industry Thalia worked for McKinsey in the pharma and healthcare services sector as a member of the German and Swiss office.
- She is a co-founder of Bioseet GmbH, a digital biopharma startup assisting with partnering deals for innovative medicines, biosimilars and generics.
Thalia earned her M.S. degree in biochemistry from the University of Regensburg, and her Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the Ruprecht-Karls-University Heidelberg. She concluded her postdoctoral research at Columbia University’s Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
