It is in this context that she developed a strong passion for go-to-market strategies and revenue growth initiatives, combining strategic thinking with executional excellence.
  • Silvia began her career at Mars and subsequently gained experience across Mondelez International, and Reckitt Benckiser. Her professional background is entirely rooted in sales, marketing, and trade marketing, giving her a well-rounded understanding of commercial dynamics across the consumer sector.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in political sciences from the University of Trieste. While Italian is her mother tongue, Silvia is fluent in English and also speaks Spanish.
