Scott Stevenson is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Leadership Advisory Services. Scott has more than 25 years of experience helping organizations achieve their strategic outcomes through his expertise in top team performance, CEO succession, executive assessment, leadership development, organizational and cultural transformation, and human capital strategy.
Scott has led leadership and organizational integration of large mergers and functional optimization and transformation. Scott has worked extensively with clients in the industrial, financial services and technology sectors, as well as in the telecommunications, pharmaceutical, healthcare and professional services sectors. He has worked throughout North America, Europe and Asia, and, most extensively, in the United States, United Kingdom and Japan.
Expert in Aligning People and Leadership with Strategy
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Scott worked for another global executive search and advisory firm, where he led the advisory practice for both the New York and North American industrial markets. He worked with an array of Fortune 500 clients and with private equity–backed and privately held companies.
- Previously, Scott was with PwC as a member of its human capital leadership team. He later helped the firm rebuild its advisory practice focused on change management and human capital.
Scott earned his Bachelor of Arts from American University in Washington, D.C.
