Séverine de Wulf is a consultant based in Spencer Stuart’s Paris office and provides Leadership Advisory Services to clients across industries. Drawing from her deep executive search and leadership assessment experience, she helps organizations throughout Europe and other regions navigate a range of leadership and talent issues, from maximizing team effectiveness to the alignment of culture, talent and strategy.
Executive assessment and search expertise
- A certified executive coach, Séverine founded a boutique executive search, management assessment and leadership development firm. The firm served clients across industries, with an emphasis on the financial services and healthcare sectors.
- Previously, Séverine spent six years with another leading international executive search firm, where she worked on executive search and management assessment projects focusing on clients in the financial services and healthcare industries. During her tenure, she led the firm’s CFO practice in Paris and partnership initiatives with the Women’s Forum for the Economy and Society.
- Before her career in executive search and assessment, Séverine spent 10 years in investment banking with Goldman Sachs in London and later in private equity with Vestar Capital Partners and Candover (now Arle Capital).
Séverine is a graduate of Solvay Business School in Brussels and holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD. She is an executive committee member of INSEAD’s Alumni Association France, where she co-leads the career development, diversity and solidarity group. A Belgian national, Séverine is fully fluent in French and English, and speaks conversational Dutch.
