He also advises boards, CEOs and private equity sponsors on succession planning and pre-deal leadership due diligence.

Ryan earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. He began his career in sales and service management roles with a global outsourced business services company.
