Ryan Bonner is a Spencer Stuart consultant based in the Boston office and a member of Technology, Marketing, Healthcare and Consumer practices. Ryan leads executive assessment and search assignments across all functions. His passion and focus are partnering with clients seeking leaders and insight in functional areas such as marketing, technical product, customer experience and business transformation. Ryan draws on more than two decades of strategic and management experience as an operator with leading retailers and manufacturers.

- Ryan’s clients include both large global brands and emerging businesses across a diverse set of industries such as software, consumer technology, marketing services, healthcare, retail and consumer packaged goods. Many clients are private equity-backed innovators seeking marketing and product leadership to transform their brand and go-to-market capabilities.
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Ryan led the global e-business strategy for Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he led a transformation of the business toward online and mobile engagement. Previously, he led e-commerce and digital strategy at Bose Corporation, heading up the direct online business, including pure-play retailers such as Amazon and the digital customer engagement for connected audio products.

A native of Canada, Ryan is a graduate of Princeton University with a degree in economics.
