- Rodrigo has worked on CFO assignments for both public and privately held industry leaders in technology, healthcare, consumer goods and other sectors, as well as assignments for key direct reports to the CFO, including treasurers, divisional finance leaders and FP&A heads.
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Rodrigo built a robust foundation in management consulting, financial advisory and corporate strategy. He spent seven years in KPMG’s New York and San Francisco offices, where he specialized in technical accounting advisory and IPO-readiness projects for multinationals across the U.S., U.K. and Latin America.
- Rodrigo began his career in Mexico with PwC’s Capital Markets group and brings direct entrepreneurial experience as the co-founder of Darmaty Comercializadora, a retail business in Mexico City where he directed brand development, pricing strategy and operations across three locations before a profitable exit.
Rodrigo holds an M.B.A. from Hult International Business School (Boston and Shanghai), where he specialized in strategy execution and emerging markets while serving as chairman of the student association. He earned a bachelor’s in accounting and business administration from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, including exchange studies at Northumbria University in the U.K., and completed a business strategy certificate at Cornell University. Born in Mexico City, Rodrigo is fluent in Spanish and English.
