With deep expertise serving industrial sectors and family business enterprises, Ritesh has successfully led board, CEO and C-level searches across process industries, engineered products and solutions, infrastructure and energy, automotive and logistics. His clients include family businesses, listed companies, private equity portfolio companies and Indian subsidiaries of global multinational organisations. He specialises in the supply chain and operations function, partnering with clients across consumer, healthcare, industrial and technology sectors to identify and develop transformative leaders.

- Ritesh works closely with industrial clients and family businesses on CEO transitions, board buildouts, C-level executive searches and leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
- He brings extensive supply chain expertise with clients, advising them in leadership challenges across procurement and sourcing, engineering and manufacturing operations, and research and development.
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Ritesh served as a banker with Citibank in its global consumer group and as a software engineer with Digité and Hexaware Technologies.
Ritesh holds an M.B.A. in marketing and a bachelor’s degree in IT engineering from the University of Mumbai. He speaks English and Hindi.
