Regina Glocker is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s New York office and a core member of its Financial Services Practice. An expert in banking and capital markets, Regina is a trusted adviser to clients and candidates alike, known for her thorough, diligent approach to client service and authentic, longstanding commitment to diversity and inclusion.

- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Regina was the founding partner of S.H.E. Globl Search, a diversity-focused search firm.
- Earlier she founded another search boutique, Exchange Place Partners, which merged with Hedley May in 2017. Before that, Regina was a partner with another leading global search firm in its investment banking/capital markets group.
- Prior to her career in executive search, Regina sold derivative and debt capital market products to global energy companies for Chase Securities/Chemical Securities. She worked in Aetna’s private placement group prior to returning to graduate school.
Regina earned an A.B. in economics from Dartmouth College and a master’s in public and private management (MPPM) from the Yale School of Management. She also earned a diversity and inclusion certificate from Cornell University.
