A member of Spencer Stuart’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practice, Myrthe leads the firm’s ‘women in tech’ initiative. She brings a background in consultancy, with a unique combination of commercial and digital transformation experience with in-house leadership roles in the logistics and mobility-as-a-service space. She speaks fluent Dutch and English.

She advises digital-native companies on strengthening their leadership teams with new senior-level talent to accelerate growth and professionalise the business.

Previous experience

  • Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Myrthe worked for LeasePlan, one of the world’s leading car leasing companies, where she led a global team to set up a model commercial organization throughout all markets, and was responsible for the first complete digitization of a customer journey.
  • Previously, Myrthe held several roles at TNT Express, including chief of staff to the CEO.
  • She began her career as a consultant at Atos Consulting, facilitating process improvements for leading organizations in a diverse range of industries.

Education

Myrthe earned a bachelor’s degree in culture, organization and management, and a master’s in business - both from the VU University in Amsterdam. She also completed the Management Acceleration Program at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.
