Michel Capuano Schimelmiltz is a results-driven marketing strategist with more than 20 years of experience across multinational consumer goods and retail/QSR companies. Michel is based in Mexico City and speaks Spanish, English and conversational Hebrew.
Former chief marketing officer with deep experience in global brands and digital transformation
Before joining Spencer Stuart, Michel was the chief marketing officer for Arcos Dorados, the largest franchisee for McDonald’s restaurants across the Caribbean and Latin America.
Previously, Michel was the Latin America/Caribbean marketing director for Yum! Brands, global operator of fast-food restaurants, including KFC, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut.
Michel began his career as a brand manager for Procter & Gamble.
Michel is a graduate of Instituto Tecnologico de Estudios Superior de Monterrey (ITESM), where he earned a degree in industrial engineering.
