Michel is based in Mexico City and speaks Spanish, English and conversational Hebrew.

Former chief marketing officer with deep experience in global brands and digital transformation

  • Before joining Spencer Stuart, Michel was the chief marketing officer for Arcos Dorados, the largest franchisee for McDonald’s restaurants across the Caribbean and Latin America.
  • Previously, Michel was the Latin America/Caribbean marketing director for Yum! Brands, global operator of fast-food restaurants, including KFC, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut.
  • Michel began his career as a brand manager for Procter & Gamble.

Michel is a graduate of Instituto Tecnologico de Estudios Superior de Monterrey (ITESM), where he earned a degree in industrial engineering.
