  • He was awarded London’s Freedom of the City in recognition of his efforts to promote diversity within the financial and professional services sectors. He co-founded the 10,000 Interns Foundation and is a member of the EMEA Leadership Council for the Association of Executive Search (AESC) Diversity and Inclusion Committee. He also worked closely with 10 Downing Street on initiatives to increase diversity in boardrooms

Michael has had a lifelong commitment to giving back and creating opportunities for others. He is the founder of Inspire Through Sports, which uses sports as a platform to create educational opportunities. He serves as an advisory board member for London’s socio-economic diversity taskforce and supports scholarships through his family foundation for students from lower socio-economic backgrounds to study at UCL Faculty of Laws. Michael earned a bachelor’s degree in business economics from the State University of New York at Binghamton and subsequently earned a diploma from the Strategic Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
