- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Lucy worked in Gartner’s finance practice, where she advised C-level executives across industries on enterprise-wide strategic priorities, managed high-value client relationships and delivered tailored advisory solutions to address complex business and organizational challenges.
Lucy earned a Bachelor of Arts in communication studies and corporate strategy from Vanderbilt University.
