  • Luba previously spent over 17 years at Bain and Company, where she developed broad experience across multiple industries and capabilities. She was a founding member and leader in the firm’s transformation and change practice, where she spearheaded the firm’s approach to leadership workshop design and facilitation.
  • She has advised the C-suite and boards of numerous major corporations undergoing complex, multi-million-dollar transformations – including global multinationals, hedge funds and private equity firms, and their portfolio companies.
  • Passionate about social impact and sustainability, she was previously a director of development at a UK social enterprise and has regularly provided pro-bono support to charities throughout her career.

Luba received her B.A. in environmental science and public policy from Harvard University; her M.Sc. in nature, society and environmental policy from the University of Oxford; and her D.Phil. in environmental science from University of Oxford’s Department of Geography. She is also an EMCC-accredited executive coach.
