As a member of Spencer Stuart’s Industrial Practice Lewis leads the Industrial Practice in Latin America. Through extensive collaboration Lewis helps organizations build transformational, resilient leadership teams focused on sustainable results through ethics and purpose. He is also a contributing member to the global Board and CEO Practice. He provides leadership advisory and executive placement services at the CEO, board and senior executive level in commercial, operations and finance functions. A British citizen, Lewis is bilingual and has lived in Mexico since 2010. He has worked with a range of Mexican companies and index-leading global organizations, giving him a deep cross-cultural understanding.

  • Prior to working in Spencer Stuart, as a partner in the Mexico City and Monterey offices of another global leadership consulting firm, Lewis was a member of the industrial and CEO and board of directors' practices for Latin America and spent over 13 years cultivating a network of trusted partner relationships with senior leaders across the sector.
  • Lewis began his career in the UK with a global search firm, where he opened a regional office. He then spent four years as an entrepreneur where he was responsible for the start-up, commercial development, and full P&L management for Eze Badge International ltd.
  • Returning to his previous company, he set up another regional office in the UK before transferring to Mexico to establish the firm’s executive search brand in a new market.

Lewis has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from the University of the West of England and a management diploma from Open University. He participates at board level for several altruistic and philanthropic organizations, including the Anglo Foundation, an education focused charity with schools and language schools in and around Mexico City; Juconi, an organization that supports children impacted by violence; the ABC Hospital, a leading medical foundation hospital; and the pediatric palliative care charity Antes de Partir.
