Previous experience
- Laurens served as an equity partner at Monitor Deloitte in the energy and industrials practice, where he focused on enabling the energy transition and led major organizational transformations for multinational companies. In this role, he initiated and led a prominent ecosystem initiative that mobilized 25 CEOs across the Dutch energy sector to collaborate on practical solutions for the energy transition.
- Before Deloitte, Laurens spent 14 years with Booz&Co. (now Strategy&, the global strategy consulting business of PwC), advancing to equity partner and supporting executives with strategy definition and implementation, and multi-billion-euro cost and organizational transformations. He worked in the U.S. and The Netherlands.
