Based in Chicago, Ken Rose has nearly 25 years of experience consulting to industrial clients and leads the firm’s Engineered Products & Solutions, Aerospace & Defense and Automotive & Mobility practices. His work across the sector emphasizes engineered components, equipment, machinery and systems at the chief executive, group executive and division president levels, as well as senior operational and commercial roles. Ken also works with clients to facilitate the design and delivery of leadership assessment, development and succession solutions.

Deep industrial sector expertise

  • Earlier in his career, Ken worked at another international search firm, where he led the global diversified manufacturing practice. He started his professional life marketing industrial process chemicals, serving the aerospace, automotive and general metal fabricating markets.
  • Ken has lived and worked in the United States, Switzerland and Japan, enabling him to provide informed advice to multicultural clients of all sizes.
  • He served on the board of directors of the Japan-America Society of Chicago and the Springboard Foundation. He remains active with the Swiss-American Business Council.

Ken earned a bachelor’s degree in German from the University of Michigan and an MBA in marketing and economics from The University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
