Kelly Anderson is a consultant and member of Spencer Stuart’s Human Resources Practice. She partners with organizations to recruit top human resources executives and advises CEOs on leading trends in HR strategy. She has extensive experience across industries, business type and organizational scale. Kelly brings particular depth in the technology sector, having led CHRO engagements for F500 technology companies as well as earlier stage organizations. Her expertise also spans across consumer, industrial, life sciences, higher education and private equity.
Experienced HR leader with a foundation in human psychology
- Kelly has more than 18 years of executive search experience, a wealth of knowledge about human resources leadership and an advisory mindset. She works with clients to recruit chief human resources officers, talent management and acquisition leaders, total rewards leaders and key HR leadership team members.
- Before joining Spencer Stuart, Kelly worked for a leading global executive search firm, where she led executive engagements within the consumer technology, digital, media and entertainment industries. She also spent four years in-house with a large, public energy company, leading executive search and broader recruitment teams.
- Kelly began her career at a boutique executive search firm specializing in recruiting human resources executives, with depth in the technology sector.
- Over the last decade, Kelly has helped to lead over 200 HR executive engagements which span from early stage, fast-growth, pre-IPO to F100 global clients, as well as private equity backed organizations.
Kelly is a graduate of Wake Forest University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and a minor in Spanish. She sits on the Board of Directors of Enterprise for Youth, a non-profit supporting career growth for under resourced youth in the San Francisco Bay Area.
