Bringing over 15 years of experience across operations, technology and financial services, Kate specializes in recruiting senior technology officers, including chief information security officers (CISOs), chief information officers (CIOs), chief technology officers (CTOs), and non-executive board directors. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Kate was a vice president in operations management and strategy for Goldman Sachs & Co., where she helped develop the sourcing strategy to incorporate technologies and services from market utilities, fintech companies and managed services providers.

Kate is a graduate of Gettysburg College, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business management.
