  • As a prior analyst in Spencer Stuart’s Executive Search Practice, she handled a variety of assignments across the financial services industry and for a diverse client base, particularly in the arena of real estate.
  • Previously, at a niche UK executive search firm, she focused on global business and professional services mandates across numerous industries and functions.

Kate graduated from Newcastle University with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Politics. The third year of her degree course was spent in Spain, where she studied for a semester at Granada University.
