- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Justin was a partner at another global executive search and leadership advisory firm, where he served as the global head of real estate and established and led the firm's U.S. real estate practice.
- Earlier in his career, Justin was a real estate industry practitioner, with a particular focus on investment and capital advisory. He co-founded S2K Partners, a real estate investment management and securities distribution firm and, prior to that, worked in both the merchant banking and investment banking departments at Cantor Fitzgerald, focusing on transactions within the real estate, gaming and lodging sectors.
- He began his career at Credit Suisse in the real estate finance department, investing debt and equity capital into commercial real estate transactions throughout the U.S. and Latin America.
Justin earned an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from Emory University.
