Julieta Ronconi is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Santiago office and core member of the firm’s Industrial Practice. She has more than 15 years of experience in business consulting and executive search across Latin America, with a focus on the mining, energy and agribusiness sectors.
Industrial sector search expertise
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart in 2017, Julieta spent six years at another leading international search, culminating as principal.
- Earlier, Julieta spent 10 years in consulting, working for consulting boutique firms and also at multinational consulting firms. During this time, Julieta lived and worked in Argentina and Chile, as well as working in Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia and the Dominican Republic.
- Julieta began her career with Siderca (Techint), a leading manufacturer and supplier of tubes and related services for the energy industry.
Julieta earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Universidad Nacional de La Plata in Argentina.
