José Arias is a consultant in our Iberian Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practice, bringing decades of senior-level experience to Spencer Stuart. He focuses on senior-level executive search in the arena of telecoms, media and technology companies and related industries such as digital infrastructure and IT services. For the same company profile, he also conducts Board searches, along with partners and managing directors in the professional services space.
José supports companies in identifying their senior talent to address the transformation that’s already occurring and will only accelerate in technology, media and communications. He collaborates with these companies to assess their current needs and identify the new capabilities their management teams will require to maximize their performance. José also acts as an enabler and advisor for senior executives undergoing career or company transitions — particularly in his role within Spencer Stuart’s Leadership Advisory Services.

José holds an M.B.A. from IESE, School of Business Administration of the Universidad de Navarra, and a B.A. in economics and business administration with a Master in Finance and Investments from Universidad Central de Barcelona.
