Jonathan Holman is a consultant with Spencer Stuart’s Leadership Advisory Services team, based in the London office. Over the past 18 years, Jonathan has helped clients assess and shape their leadership teams, while also helping them elevate and improve team performance. His most recent experience has been predominately focused on the technology, media and telecommunications sectors, but he works across industries including retail, energy, infrastructure, financial services and consumer goods.
Advising on individual and team effectiveness
- Prior to joining the Leadership Advisory Services team, Jonathan was a core member of the firm’s Technology, Media, Telecommunications & IT Services Practice where he led a range of executive search assignments working with large, global, listed corporations through to smaller, private equity-backed businesses.
- Additionally, he remains a member of the Marketing and Sales Officer Practice in EMEA, helping organisations assess and support their top commercial and marketing leaders.
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Jonathan was a consultant for a U.K. based boutique search firm specializing in the Technology & Professional Services practice.
- Jonathan started his career with a niche management recruitment firm, specializing in recruiting finance professionals.
Jonathan is a graduate of King’s College London, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in war studies.
