Jeremy Young, a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Technology & Digital Officer and Legal, Compliance & Government Affairs practices, brings to his client work diverse experience in the commercial and public sectors across multiple industries, including consulting, technology, logistics, education and government. Based in Hong Kong, Jeremy focuses on the Greater China region.
Deep understanding of the markets of Greater China
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Jeremy was bursar and communications director at Wycombe Abbey School, helping establish the inaugural preparatory school in Hong Kong.
- Before that, he spent 5 years at another leading international search firm where he was the office manager and was a member of the firm’s corporate officers practice.
- Prior to embarking into a career in executive search, Jeremy was political assistant to the secretary for education for the Hong Kong SAR government. He began his career as a consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, before working in a logistics and software company for seven years, responsible for business development and integration across Asia Pacific.
Jeremy holds a Master of Science in management from London School of Economics and Political Science as well as a Bachelor of Arts in economics and management from Christ Church College, University of Oxford. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
