He brings to his client work more than 20 years of experience in executive assessment and development, succession planning, talent acquisition, learning design and talent management consulting for Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. He has deep experience in understanding client strategies and aligning them with leadership frameworks and organizational capabilities. Jeff is a member of the firm’s Leadership Advisory Services team based in Boston.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Georgetown University, with a concentration in human resources management and a minor in psychology.
