Helen Roberts is a member of the Leadership Advisory Services (LAS) and Private Equity practices, specialising in identifying and developing senior-level talent and supporting organisations to transform their performance. As an expert in assessment and organization effectiveness, Helen evaluates individuals, teams and organisations across all industry sectors to ensure that clients have the right people in the right roles to achieve their strategic goals. She brings more than 30 years of experience in consulting and executive search to her role.
Consulting and leadership experience
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart Helen worked for a boutique advisory firm that specialised in private equity, where she set up and ran its leadership advisory services practice.
- When she was first with Spencer Stuart Helen helped launch and develop the firms assessment services across EMEA and with a consulting firm where she set up and ran its global assessment practice.
- Before initially joining Spencer Stuart, Helen worked in strategy consulting and later with a major search and leadership consulting firm. She was initially a search consultant and later was instrumental in setting up that firm’s leadership consulting division.
Helen has a degree in economics and economic history from the University of Bristol and an MBA from INSEAD. She speaks French and Spanish and is qualified to administer multiple psychometrics.
