Based in Istanbul, Gülven Aytekin brings several years of high-level experience to the firm’s Consumer, Industrial, and Technology, Media & Telecommunications practices.
International executive search experience
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Gülven was a partner at another international executive search firm. There, she was the co-leader of the firm’s global consumer & retail practice, and also an active member of the industrial and automotive practices.
- Gülven has conducted senior executive assignments in Turkey, Central and Eastern Europe, and the Middle East, and spanned several industries, including consumer goods, retail, industrial, technology, and media and telecommunications companies.
- Previously, she served on the board of a multinational fast moving consumer goods company based in Istanbul.
Gülven was one of the founding members of Professional Women's Network Turkey. She holds a bachelor’s degree in guidance and psychology from Boğaziçi University, and an MBA from Yeditepe University. She is fluent in English and Turkish.
