Gerhard Resch-Fingerlos is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Industrial Practice and focuses on executive assessments across industries. With more than 15 years of executive advisory experience, he consults with international clients across a range of industry sectors and concentrates on top-level search assignments in the energy and packaging industries.
Deep executive assessment and industry expertise
- Gerhard established the Vienna office of another leading international executive search firm, where he was then promoted to partner and managing partner of Austria and Poland. As a consultant of an additional leading global search firm, he established the firm’s local technology practice.
- He served as marketing manager of Frantschach Packaging AG (now Mondi AG), where he was responsible for the development of an international key account management system and the sales coordination in Europe.
- Gerhard began his career with PCD Polymere Gmbh (now Borealis), a subsidiary of the OMV Group, the largest industrial group in Austria, where he eventually rose to the position of head of sales and marketing.
Gerhard studied business administration at the WU (Vienna University of Business and Economics) and earned his M.B.A. from the University of Cincinnati.
