Fabienne-Anne Rehulka is a member of our Financial Services and Legal, Compliance & Government Affairs practices, based in Spencer Stuart’s Zurich office. An experienced general counsel, she has worked closely with CEOs and executive teams on global insurance as well as legal, compliance and governance matters. With a truly international perspective, Fabienne brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Spencer Stuart and partners closely with the broader team along with insurance specialists.

- Fabienne has a deep understanding of regulated environments and particular expertise in insurance as well as legal, compliance and governance matters.
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Fabienne spent much of her career as general counsel at Swiss Re where she worked closely with CEOs and executive teams as a trusted legal advisor and business partner and led high performing legal teams with operations in China, U.S., Africa and Europe.
- She’s a former member of the board of iptiQ Life S.A. and iptiQ EMEA P&C S.A.
- Fabienne was named “In-House Counsel of the Year Insurance” by Legal Community Awards Switzerland in 2022.
Fabienne is a qualified UK solicitor and has a master’s in law from the University of Rennes. She has lived in France, UK, Australia and Switzerland.
