As a consultant in the Healthcare Practice, she specializes in executive search at the CEO, C-suite and board levels across the life sciences sector, working with pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech and diagnostics companies, as well as the investors and boards behind them.
Eriona also works with clients on leadership assessment, succession planning, top team effectiveness and organizational design. She is particularly recognized for her capability to diagnose the unique strategic constraints and ownership structures of companies navigating critical inflection points, operating from the understanding that what has worked so far will not always carry the company through what comes next.

- During her seven-year tenure leading Dompé, Eriona oversaw the full commercial, R&D, industrial and quality value chain across a 1,000-person organization and orchestrated its entry into the U.S. market, scaling the company from a €250 million Italian primary care business to a €1.7 billion global biotech dedicated to rare diseases.
- Previously, she spent 13 years at Bain & Company in Rome, where she partnered with C-suite executives on critical strategic decisions and developed deep analytical expertise in growth strategy, market entry, M&A and route-to-market execution.
Eriona holds a degree in economics from La Sapienza University in Rome and is fluent in Italian, English and Albanian.
