- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Dominic was a partner at Dr. Bjørn Johansson Associates AG, where he led senior-level search and advisory assignments across a broad range of sectors and ownership structures. The firm was acquired by Spencer Stuart in 2026.
- Previously, he served as head of CEO support and corporate development at an international private bank, working closely with the group CEO on strategic initiatives and corporate development activities.
- Earlier in his career, he held various roles across the banking and insurance sector in Switzerland.
Dominic earned an M.B.A. with Honors from the University of St. Gallen, a Master in Banking and Finance from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor in International Management from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences and London City University. He is a graduate of the Swiss Army Officer School and is fluent in (Swiss) German, English, Spanish and French.
