Her work spans chief legal officers, general counsel and senior legal leadership roles; partners and senior leaders in consulting and professional services; chief strategy officers and transformation leaders; chairman’s office and CEO office roles; and operating partners within private equity and venture capital ecosystems.

This operating experience informs her nuanced understanding of leadership requirements in complex, global organizations.
Debolina holds a masters degree in computer applications from Bengal Engineering and Science University, and a bachelors degree in mathematics from St Xavier’s College, India. She speaks English and Hindi.
