David Elbaz is a consultant within Spencer Stuart’s Leadership Advisory Services team, based in Los Angeles. He brings deep expertise in change leadership and the alignment of people, teams and organizational culture with business strategy. David partners closely with C‑suite and senior leaders to enhance performance, shape organizational culture and drive large‑scale transformational change.

In addition to his advisory work, David is a certified executive leadership and performance coach. He supports leaders in accelerating performance, strengthening leadership capability, developing effective teams and cultivating high‑potential talent to meet evolving organizational demands.

An expert in change leadership and strategy alignment

  • Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, David led global learning solutions for Harvard Business Publishing’s corporate learning unit across the U.S. and LATAM regions. During his tenure, he served on the organization’s sales leadership council and designed award‑winning, large‑scale leadership and change interventions for Global 1000 clients.
  • David has designed and led CEO advisory and enterprise‑wide transformation engagements for Fortune 100 organizations across industries, with a focus on shifting organizational culture and enabling sustained performance improvement.
  • Earlier in his career, David worked with a global leadership consulting firm in operational and client service roles, supporting product line growth and profitability through the development and execution of scalable leadership solutions.

David holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in business and marketing from California State University and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. He previously served as an executive officer in the Israeli Defense Forces and is fluent in English, French and Hebrew.
