With more than 30 years of experience advising local and global organizations across the healthcare, consumer, financial services, technology, media and telecommunications sectors, she partners with organizations on executive assessment, leadership development, team effectiveness and coaching, helping leaders and teams achieve stronger performance and growth.

- A certified executive coach, Cinzia brings deep expertise in leadership assessment, executive development and coaching, helping leaders enhance their effectiveness and accelerate growth.
- Since joining Spencer Stuart in 2019, she has advised management boards and senior leadership teams at leading global organizations and market-leading brands on senior appointments, leadership development, succession planning, team effectiveness and organizational culture.
- Cinzia was also a visiting professor at the Sapienza University of Rome, and at L’Aquila University, teaching people management and development.
Cinzia earned her master’s degree in political science with a specialization in labor economics and policy from LUISS University, and a master’s in organizational behaviors. Cinzia is a native Italian speaker and is fluent in English.
