Chris Nadherny conducts senior executive searches nationally for contemporary business platforms playing at the convergence of brand, digital, data analytics and multichannel. He joined the firm following a career in brand marketing with Frito-Lay, Johnson & Johnson and Burke Marketing Services. He is a member of the firm’s Consumer, Retail, Apparel & Luxury Goods, CEO, Marketing Officer, and Board practices.

  • Chris has successfully conducted more than 500 search assignments with Spencer Stuart for presidents, CEOs, domestic and global heads of digital/e-commerce, chief marketing officers and board directors. He played a central role in building and then leading Spencer Stuart’s Internet/e-commerce practice. His clients include consumer goods and service firms, multichannel retailers, hospitality and leisure companies, healthcare companies, private equity and marketing service firms. He has twice received the firm’s Excalibur Award for excellence in quality search.
  • Chris is a founder of the Digital Leadership Exchange (DLX), a series of global dinner forums throughout the year for e-commerce and digital leaders and chief marketing officers that is co-sponsored by Google. After graduating from Union College in New York, followed by several years in the telecommunications industry, Chris received his M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Chris is a current member of the advisory board of GVG Capital, a private equity firm focused on digital/e-commerce.
