Chris Nadherny is a uniquely experienced search consultant regarding contemporary digital and multichannel, data-driven business platforms. He joined the firm following a career in brand marketing with Frito-Lay, Johnson & Johnson and Burke Marketing Services. Based in Spencer Stuart’s Chicago office, he is a member of the firm’s Consumer, Marketing Officer, CEO and Private Equity practices, conducting searches nationally for a broad range of primarily consumer-oriented companies across retail, product and service sectors.

- Chris has successfully conducted more than 450 search assignments with Spencer Stuart for presidents, CEOs, digital/e-commerce leaders, chief marketing officers, CRM/loyalty executives and top data/analytic/insights talent. His clients include consumer goods and service firms, multichannel retailers, hospitality and leisure companies, pure-play e-commerce organizations, for-profit education institutions, private equity portfolio companies and marketing service firms. He has twice received the firm’s Excalibur Award for excellence in quality search.
- He played a central role in building Spencer Stuart’s former direct-to-consumer and Internet/e-commerce practices. His work is focused on clients across multiple sectors looking to build more contemporary, targeted, engaging and cost-effective business platforms through the convergence of brand, data and analytics, digital and multichannel.
- Chris founded the Digital Leadership Exchange (DLX), a series of global dinner forums throughout the year for global e-commerce and digital CEOs and chief marketing officers that is co-sponsored by Google. After graduating from Union College in New York, followed by several years in the telecommunications industry, Chris received his M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
