Dr. Bjørn Johansson Associates was acquired by Spencer Stuart in 2026.
- As head of human resources for Fédération Internationale de Football Association, she directed all strategic and operational HR matters, including the instrumental build-up of the 40-plus member FIFA World Cup 2018 team in Russia.
- Her extensive international HR leadership career includes progressive roles at Zurich Insurance Group and General Motors across Europe and the U.S., where she led organizational transformation and talent strategy initiatives within complex global environments.
Christina holds a Master of Arts in psychology from Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz, Germany. Her executive judgment is further bolstered by professional training in AI in recruitment, leadership coaching and certifications in the Hogan Assessment systems.
