  • She also serves as Spencer Stuart’s research director in Italy, leading a team of 17 associates and focusing on their professional development through mentoring and coaching.
  • Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Chiara spent six years in Dubai as an associate partner for another international executive search firm, where she led the construction, engineering and manufacturing practice, originating and developing cross-border assignments across the Middle East, Europe and the Far East.

Chiara has a bachelor’s degree in psychology, specialization in human resources, from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan, as well as a master’s degree in human resources and marketing psychology from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, also in Milan. Her time spent abroad collaborating with diverse cultures lends her a truly global mindset and the ability to navigate complex multicultural environments.
